Very knowledgeable on the process from top to bottom, very responsive and always followed up with any of my questions. This was a new construction home so the process was more drawn out that normal but it went as smoothly as possible, we had a few issues that were out of our control but Babara was on top of everything through the entire process.

She helped us identify what type of property would be best for us as we looked at both town homes and detached single family homes, finding neighborhoods that would be good fits for us, and then acted quickly when we found the property that we liked, so we were able to see the property and quickly get an offer in place in a very hot market. She helped us put together an offer that we were comfortable with that was accepted by the seller and then kept the process moving quickly so we actually ended up closing on the property ahead of schedule.
